As a Paralegal you will provide complete company secretarial service for Mondelez Europe, Swiss companies. You will independently handle requests for all kind of corporate documentation and handle annual maintenance, with due observance of internal guidelines and policies, applying critical judgment on correctness. Your main responsibilities will also include:

  • Working with counsel in the global corporate & capital restructuring projects, including acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations
  • Coordinating signature actions and monitoring legalization processes (notarization, apostille, embassies, Commercial Trade of Commerce)
  • Supporting global or regional business and functional projects such as creating and managing team sites, collating and uploading documents, processing contracts
  • Being a key contact for Mondelez Europe finance and tax departments and acting as corporate legal support for corporate and internal audits
  • Responsibility for contract management: execution, processing, uploading, archiving
  • Performing a case research and case management in compliance investigations
  • Being a first point of contact in facilitating access and supporting with different questions/training requested from the countries for advertising materials review and approval system
  • Managing the of outside counsel invoices in the global legal billing system
  • Actively identifying best practices and supporting process improvement initiatives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or paralegal qualification, with minimum 3-5 years' work experience in a Swiss-based company (preferably multi-national, law firm or in similar function)
  • Experience in supporting corporate governance under Swiss law
  • Strong team working and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with individuals at many levels within and outside of the company
  • Ability to work in an efficient, informed and accurate manner
  • Utmost respectful of confidentiality
  • Fluent in German and English
