Sales and Car Fleet Administrator
Job description:
The person employed in this position will support the Car Fleet Coordinator in the field of administrative work and comprehensive budget control.

Tasks:
In the scope of comprehensive budget control:

  • Control of the invoicing process and timely payments
  • Cooperation with teams: AP, LeaseCOE, US GAP
  • Actions in SAP system
  • Preparation of cost reports
  • Cooperation with the Sales and Finance departments

In the field of administrative work:
  • Administration (management of fine, issuance of Green Cards)
  • Electronic archiving of documents
  • Issuing / receiving cars
  • Issuing authorizations
  • Comprehensive support for the scanning process of sales invoices


Qualifications

Features and skills needed for this position:
  • Scrupulousness & Accuracy
  • Ability to concentrate and work with numbers
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • MS Office
  • Driving license. B
  • English - knowledge at the communicative level in speech and writing
