Responsibilities: Act as the receptionist for the office, which consists of approximately 6 people. Responsibilities include preparing and editing correspondence and other materials Ongoing maintenance of client data in our company database Coordinating and scheduling Consultant travel and meetings Expense reports Copying, assembling, and monitoring the compilation of quarterly Investment Performance Analysis (IPA) books, Manager Search books, new business presentations, and educational presentations Print and graphic support; various mailings Filing Drafting, editing, review, completion and delivery of meeting materials for employees and clients
1+ years of experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong communication skills Ability to solve problems independently and professional attitude required. Strong Microsoft Powerpoint skills Must be a team player and be detail oriented, and able to prioritize workload. Due to the small size of the office, this individual must be a jack of all trades.
