In this role as a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships with internal teams. Customer Service Responsibilities will include receiving the order, processing in the system and following up with any logistical changes. This is a temporary to full time position located in the East Side of Cincinnati. The Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and customer database systems.
