OfficeTeam is currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for a local Fort Worth Provider Relations Department. This supervisor will primarily be responsible for managing our customer service and appeals department along with researching CMS regulations for internal payment policies. Daily Responsabilities Include: - answering internal and external customer inquiries through phone, email and other internal system processes - researching CMS regulations (large part of the job) - communicating with team and upper management, occasionally reporting or presenting to the President and Vice President of the company
