Description

OfficeTeam is working with a reputable organization in Foothill Ranch to fill a full time Executive Assistant role. The Executive Assistant responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: -Represents the organization by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging business lunches/dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the President. -Manages executive calendar efficiently, paying close attention to detail. Preparing President for meetings by gathering any meeting materials/information (background) on attendees. -Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking flights and other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations. -Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans. -Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading detail oriented publications; maintaining personal networks -Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity Executive Assistants must meet the following requirements: -Bachelor's Degree, preferred in business field preferred -3-5+ years of administrative support to senior management -Proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills -Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to work in deadline driven environment -Excellent written and verbal communication -Strong analytical skills -Organization skills -Must thrive in a fast-paced environment Please send resumes to kristin.kimura@officeteam.com for immediate consideration!
