Executive Assistant candidates should consider this position at a large, dynamic company in Tech. Candidates looking for Executive Assistant opportunities will be interested in this long term temporary position in the San Francisco, California area. Your responsibilities Dedication to deadlines and flexibility with schedule when necessary to meet said deadlines Handle administrative tasks related to internal and external meetings and operations, national travel, and communications with employees and customers. Effectively handle a VPs ever-changing calendar, meetings, and events so that working days are efficiently organized. Some word-processing and excel spreadsheet functions. Creates organizational charts and other documents as needed. Able to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate and personal information. Support a large and diverse Software Engineering Team, serving as a resource to ensure team productivity and stimulate a positive team culture. Event planning for individual team outings, department-wide events, and office-wide events while taking a creative approach to ensure unique experiences. Ownership of entire events sometimes required, also working with a small Admin support team for multi-department event. Processes miscellaneous tasks on an as-needed basis. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least 5 years of experience assisting VP and Executive level clients Tech savvy; strong experience operating within the Microsoft Office Suite. Highly detail oriented; able to handle multiple-step procedures and handle frequent interruptions in workflow. Exhibits professionalism and composure in stressful situations and in meeting short deadlines. Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of staff.
