Human Resource Assistant will assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees. Human Resource Assistant will work closely with department heads in leading the recruitment effort for personnel including scheduling, conducting interviews and screening potential candidates. Human Resource Assistant must have hands on experience in maintaining accurate records and logs regarding policies and procedures. Human Resources Assistant will serve as the HRIS administrator, acting as the point of contact on these systems for the organization. Human Resource Assistant must possess skills in Planning and Organization and can manage several projects and tasks simultaneously. Human Resource Assistant will conduct new employee orientation, facilitates pre-employment testing, reference and background checks. Human Resource Assistant will process and oversees new employee paperwork including I-9 documents, employment applications, confidentiality statements, and other forms and maintains a high level of confidentiality concerning all company matters.
