OfficeTeam in Orange currently has a fantastic opportunity for a skillful and results driven Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for handling a number of different personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. How you will make an impact: Support development of HR policies and guidelines Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and leave Track attendance Coordinate on-boarding procedures, corporate events, and special projects

Requirements

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion Comprehensive knowledge of MS Outlook If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
