DUTIES Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work Operates high volume document scanning equipment Organize and route incoming telephone calls Enter and track client/vendor information in the computer system Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points Sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer Maintains daily meter and service logs Delivers completed jobs to predetermined customer locations within and outside of the site Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy Other clerical tasks as assigned FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, PLEASE CALL 610-882-1700
REQUIREMENTS 2+ years' in Office Administrative and/or clerical experience Experience working in high volume faxing or scanning a plus! Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Must have a positive attitude and is self-motivated!
