OfficeTeam is seeking a proven Administrative Assistant who will wear many hats. This position is with a landmark reality company! In this role, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls and perform general Administrative duties. You will also assist other Administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks. Requirements for this position include 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, background in handling a multi-line phone system, and extremely strong organization skills. This company is looking for a receptionist committed to the profession of supporting a busy office, and takes as much pride in the business as if it were their own. This a part-time, 1st shift opportunity. The right person will be flexible with your schedule and necessary amount of hours, as this position could go as low as 15 hours a week to 30+ hours in the busy season. At times, it may be requested to help in the Galena office, should that receptionist be out for the day.
