Robert Half Healthcare is partnering with a non-profit organization in San Francisco, seeking a Property Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with housing documents, low-incoming housing, and section 8. Responsibilities:
- Photocopying documents
- Distribution of scanned documents to compliance dept.
- Organize files once paperwork is received
- Filing invoices, inspection reports, etc.
- Creating inspection notices and 24-hr notices
- Passing out notices
- Coordinating with various departments
- Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries
- Prior experience working in low-income housing
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills
- Readily available to start working with 1 day notice
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelors degree preferred
