Responsibilities - Support all filing management - Look after various office upkeep and maintenance - Place orders for office and kitchen supplies - Create a welcoming environment for visitors - Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures - Handle and route all incoming phone calls - Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Requirements
