Responsibilities include: - Responding to customer telephone inquiries regarding web support for 401(k) and Retirement Plans, as well as servicing Pension plan customers. - Balancing multiple tasks while providing courteous and efficient service to customers and fellow representatives - Retain and manage information, while effectively balancing quality and productivity.
