Description

Our client in El Segundo is seeking an experience Customer Service Representative too join their team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Order allocation and order entry responsibilities include reviewing customer orders, handling communication regarding customer orders with customers and sales agents, inputting changes to customer orders, production of pick tickets, reviewing open orders and providing shipping status to customers. Invoicing, preparing daily reports and applying customer payments to accounts. Handling inbound communications (email, phone, chat), provide product and service information from customers/consumers. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service support. Provide main support in general administrative and clerical tasks that include answering phones, maintaining office supplies, scanning, postage, office upkeep, running office errands, etc. Assist in other projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements

Education and Experience: (A) Graduation from an accredited four year college/university (preferred) (B) 2+ years of customer service, ERP allocation and order entry experience (both EDI and non-EDI accounts) (C) 1-2+ years DTC/e-commerce, online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc), Freshdesk (or similar platform) (D) 1-2+ years receptionist experience NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent written, verbal, communications, and interpersonal skills with a customer centric focus. Ability to meet assigned deadlines and prioritize workload, juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical, research and data entry skills. Detail oriented and organized in work. Proactive and independent, flexible and enthusiastic. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results. Proficiency in MS Office; Microsoft Excel experience preferred intermediate skill set.
