Description

  The Senior Design Traffic Coordinator will take a high level view of the Traffic process and production while collaborating with and providing direction to the Graphics Traffic team. Prioritize and process creative job requests, take a lead role in the Marketing Brief process, schedule project kickoff meetings, work with project requesters, and follow up with key stakeholders. Coordinate and oversee the creative workflow software (inMotion) maintenance, while regularly evaluating processes and making recommendations for efficiencies.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate, prioritize and process all graphic designer project requests
• Take a high-level view of the creative workflow process and production, while collaborating with and providing direction to the Graphics Traffic team
• Maintain a solid knowledge of our creative workflow software (Lytho); make recommendations for improvements and provide new and existing Traffic team members with training
• Set project dates, build proofing schedules, compile status updates and keep stakeholders on task
• Collaborate with the Graphics Traffic team, providing direction to the team and helping them understand/follow established workflow processes to meet deadlines
• Assist the Creative Services and Marketing teams by contributing to marketing strategies, brand positioning, and design elements

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years' Traffic experience in an advertising agency or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and keep track of many projects and deadlines at the same time
  
• Advanced proofing skills and excellent attention to detail
