If you enjoy being a part of a family and interacting with elders, we are looking for you! As a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse at an Otterbein SeniorLife Neighborhood, you will have a variety of work schedule options in a family-like environment. 

 

Our high staff-to-resident ratio allows you to spend more one-on-one time with the elders, including joining them for meals and participating in activities.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders.
  • Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders.
  • Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of elders.
  • Focusing on providing high-quality service and care.


Qualifications

Are you qualified?

 

Education: Graduate of approved nursing program;

Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN license, CPR;

Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired.
