Pacific Life's Retirement Solution Division is looking for highly motivated, service-focused individuals to join our industry-renowned Operations team! We have multiple Business Service Specialist opportunities within our Operations teams, each responsible for review and processing of a wide spectrum of annuity contract transactions, ranging from producer appointments, contract issuance, legal document review, and post-issue support, including market-sensitive financial transactions such as trades and distributions. They will also work directly with clients to resolve outstanding requirements to ensure successful completion of requests. Through service excellence, these teams significantly impact our clients' choice to conduct their business through Pacific Life. The perfect candidate will enjoy working collaboratively with teams to support our clients' financial needs, possess a strong drive for delivering a high standard of quality to our customers, while looking to continually learn and grow professionally within the organization.
2+ years experience:
- Ability to complete assignments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Ability to balance accuracy, speed, and customer service
- Strong communication skills dealing with a variety of internal and external customers, preferably in the financial services profession
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
