Reporting to the VP of Operations, this Director will lead and oversee all operations relating to Pacific Life's Executive Benefits sales for corporate owned and corporate sponsored multilife sales.

Direct, lead and oversee personnel, management and operations relating to Executive Benefits sales for corporate owned and corporate sponsored multilife sales. Develop strategic relationships and work closely with them to ensure the customer experience is meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Review and implement changes to new business and inforce policies and procedures as needed, and develop and enhance work management processes in order to meet or exceed service expectations in this market. Motivate, develop, support and provide direction to the Executive Benefits Manager, Supervisors, Associates and Vendors. Manage resources (direct and indirect) in an efficient and forward-thinking manner while creating an operating environment that is agile and innovative. Work with a broad audience across many levels and functions within and outside organization.


•B.S or B.A. degree or equivalent management experience
•Appropriate FINRA licensing
•8-10+ years in operations, within life insurance industry preferred.
•Strong understanding of people management and proven ability to lead others. Applies best practices in areas including employee development, performance management and change management.
•Ability to motivate others by demonstrating change agility, and creating growth opportunities that lead to an innovative, collaborative team environment.
•Excellent service orientation and customer service skills.
