Pacific Life is currently seeking a talented Senior Stable Value Operations Analyst to join their Corporate Division and this role will be located in the Newport Beach, CA home office.


This role will provide operational support for Stable Value Products through the following:

•Stable Value administration tasks include: Contract rate resets, contract billing, client contract fund statements, Business Management Information System (BMIS) maintenance, internal and external ad-hoc requests, and analysis reporting)
•Analyze and validate Stable Value interest rate resets
-Communicate new interest rates in a timely manner to Stable Value Managers or investment managers
-Research any and all discrepancies for understanding, notification, and resolution
•Produce and distribute Stable Value contract billing invoices quarterly with follow up as necessary to ensure prompt receipt of payment
•Stable Value database maintenance and semi-annual Plan Sponsor data collection
•Audit, approve, and release system generated Book Value liability fund statements on a timely basis
•Research and respond to internal or external audit requests in a timely manner
•Process all incoming deposits and outgoing withdrawals for Corporate Products wire payments
•Assist in contract administration responsibilities which includes new contract issuances, amendments, filing research, contract database maintenance


•Intermediate to Advanced Macro / Excel skills; Power Pivot and Power BI
•Solid communication skills (both written and verbally)
•Works well in a team environment with minimal supervision
•Forward thinking, self-motivated, strong work ethics, detail oriented
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and to bring abnormalities to management for review
•3+ years within the financial services industry preferred
•4 year accredited College degree preferred
•Knowledge in Fixed Income Securities (Stable Value industry) or Economics
