Job Skills / Requirements

The Paladin Operations Centre maintains constant communication between our Security Officers in the field, clients on site, and Paladin management. Our Operators utilize phone, radio, and email communications to liaise with stakeholders regarding site safety, coverage requests, emergency situations, and more. We are looking for full-time and part-time candidates for various roles within our team.
Applicants of all levels are welcomed, as we provide extensive training for entry-level Operators, and also have Senior opportunities for those with more experience.

Responsibilities may include:
- Dispatching Paladin Security Officers in facilities to incidents
-Dispatching Mobile Drivers to alarm response calls
- Documenting all information into comprehensive reports
- Escalating situations to Team Leads as required

Requirements:
- Ability to function independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Flexible availability, as our Operations Centre runs 24/7/365
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Superior customer service and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain BC Security License (Alarm Monitor) INDNOT
