Principal HR Analyst, Talent Analytics and Reporting
We are looking for someone to join our HR team to drive and enhance the adoption and utilization of strategic workforce analytics. This includes extracting, reviewing, organizing, analyzing, predicting, and forecasting Talent data and presenting the insights to various stakeholders across PGE. As a seasoned professional in this role, you must bring knowledge of leading best practices and partner with others to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce planning and decision making. As Principal HR Analyst, you will import, transform, translate, model, and report data and predictive analytics in a manner that is easily understood by the business to enable decision making. Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to assess user needs and determine data needed is essential including partnering with IT to enhance PGE's data warehouse, analytics, and tools, with respect to HR data.
Our ideal candidate has functional domain experience in HR which brings experience specific to HR talent related data, systems, reporting and processes. You are also someone who can develop and set standards and guidelines for strategic talent analytics and metrics including advanced/complex modeling scenarios, predictions, and forecasts. You would also ensure data integrity in your analysis work (e.g. quality, accuracy, validate findings, error proofing).

Experience in analytics, design, development, and implementation using standard Software Development Lifetime Cycles methodologies
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and reporting tools Tableau and OBIEE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, plus 8 years of experience in analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience
HR experience/certification a plus: S/PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CBP, CCP, etc.
Experience using Workday a plus
