In this role you will perform construction project control functions related to project life-cycle schedule planning, create budgets, and manage bids. You will perform cost forecasting, reporting, budget management, controls, change management, and maintenance duties for a portfolio of projects. You will advise the planning department of required project planning/approval dates to ensure compliance with project milestones. You will participate in project risk assessments and ensure schedules reflect project risks and/or opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
10 -15 years' experience in the preparation and analysis of construction schedules required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera required.
Knowledge of transit projects preferred.
