Hours: Mon 7:30-4:30, Tues 7:30-5:00, Wed - OFF, Thurs - 8:00-6:00, Fri 8:00-5:00. No weekends.
Must be willing to assist at other PHMG if and when applicable.

Upbeat individuals are ideal candidates for this role as we are a busy primary and specialty care clinic that sees a variety of clinical diagnosis. A successful person will be warm and outgoing, have the ability to prioritize their work, and most importantly, put patients first. Experience in EPIC is highly desirable.
In this role you will be the front face to the clinic, greeting and checking in patients, providing explanation of what they can expect and asking if they have any questions. You are responsible for verifying and updating all demographic and insurance information while providing the patients with all necessary forms for treatment. Your responsibility also includes notifying the nursing staff if a patient presents with obvious or unusual discomfort.

High School Diploma / GED
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of related experience within a health care environment
Computer and keyboarding skills required
Prior customer service experience, medical office experience, knowledge of medical terminology, experience with electronic medical records system (EPIC) needed at this time
