Job Description Details
Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the coordination of the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process for high volume recruiting distribution/fulfillment centers.

Ensure a high quality candidate experience from application to first day
Leverage the company's TA technologies (Workday, etc.) to manage requisitions, candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes.
Participate in selection processes (interviews, assessment centers, job simulations) as appropriate, and according to market practice.
Support in maintenance of talent pipeline and active job postings
Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed so team member records can be efficiently processed for new hires, including drug-screening process and background investigations where appropriate.
Participate in Onsite related to recruiting activities/events; onsite hiring events, career fairs, etc.
What You Bring
High level of organizational ability under tight deadlines
Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment (call center/distribution center) is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to identify potential issues and escalate as appropriate and/or recommend solution
Technically savvy – able to best utilize appropriate systems, reporting tools, and support services.
Bachelor's Degree or equal relevant experience
Must work on-site at our Fulfilment Center in Rocky Mount, NC
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric approach to working with leaders on all recruiting processes
Ability to adapt to change per business unit needs
Effective at identifying and escalating issues
Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must-haves”.
Nice to Haves
At least one year of HR Experience in medium to large corporation
Proven collaboration skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Proven behavioral interviewing skills and Team Member selection practices
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build partnerships
HR systems experience
Applicant Tracking System experience
Experience in a high volume recruiting environment
