Team Lead Outbound Fulfillment Specialist
Team Lead Outbound Fulfillment Specialist will assist the Supervisor in day to day functions (day to day functions will be defined according to department as part of the SOP). And schedule will vary depending on business needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform all department functions as needed
Fill in for other leads when needed
Plan and coordinate shift activities to ensure adherence to all DC procedures and documentation set forth
Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all inbound related activities
Ensure that all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development per company guidelines
Recommend opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of associates for increased shift contribution
Achieve and maintain compliance with company and federally mandated regulations regarding safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOT Monitor and help coordinate execution of SLA, work flow, and any escalated client requests daily
Reinforce policy and procedure compliance
Communicate progress to supervisor
Dispatch work as needed to balance labor with work volume.
Follow-up with associates on performance throughout the day, coach and recognize where appropriate
Provide direction in a professional manner
Follow all safety guidelines and performs in a safe and careful manner
Fill in for supervisor when needed
All other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands Must possess visual acuity to read labels, RF scanners and to maneuver throughout facility
Must be able to hear and understand verbal instructions
Must possess capability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds
Must be able to climb stairs
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products
