- Establish goals and objectives with clearly defined time frames for the margin generating colleagues in your branch
- Work closely with your team to define a strategy for how each of these production goals and objectives will be met within the time-frame agreed upon.
- Communicate these goals, objectives and incentives to your staff regularly.
- Review performance against the defined goals weekly. Keep the vision alive in your branch!
- Completes branch operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
