Description

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls to patients and providers dealing with worker's compensation claims. You will answer questions and make sure everything is in place for the patient's upcoming appointments and reschedule as necessary. All patients are individuals that have been injured at work and have a current active worker's compensation case. This is a work onsite position with call center experience preferred.  

$16/HR- FULLTIME WITH MONDAY- FRIDAY SHIFT

Duties: Outbound CSR- $16/HR

  • Making outbound calls to patients to get them transferred to a scheduler or completing a prescreening
  • Making outbound calls to providers (physical therapy) to ensure they have what they need for the patient to be serviced at the time of appointment
  • Making outbound calls to providers (physical therapy) to follow up after the appointment and get the paperwork to keep the case current

Duties: Patient Care Rep: $16-$17 (Manager decision)

  • Make outbound calls to providers to schedule appointments (radiology or Physical Therapy)
  • Make changes/updates to cases and contact case managers (internal RNs)
  • Confirm appointments with patients, reschedule if needed
  • Receive new prescription information from providers regarding physical therapy and/or next steps  
  • ***Patients are individuals that have been injured at work and have a current active workers compensation case***
  • Bilingual is a plus but is not required


Job Requirements

  • 1 year of call center experience preferred
  • Computer skills
  • Steady work history
  • Great communication skills
  • Customer service (via telephone) experience
  • Criminal background screen
  • No drug screen is required
