Risk Management Opportunity!

 

Ready to use your amazing customer service skills in the Risk Management Field?!?

Our client is in the Phoenix area by the airport is looking for Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representatives!

This role is in the fast-paced risk management industry with clients ranging from auto claims industry to health and disability management industry. 

Duties include:

  • Responsible for scheduling appointments for clients.
  • Calling and confirming appointments with client and doctors.
  • Pay: $17/hr.
  • Local Phoenix and Surrounding Area Applicants Only.


Job Requirements

  • Must be Bi-Lingual 
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Call Center experience preferred but not required.
  • Steady work history with no attendance issues
  • Ability to work with a high level of responsibility and detail
  • Must be open to a flexible schedule and open to work weekends.
