My client is looking for great customer service representatives in the Phoenix area to help their customers with Workmen's Compensation Appointments!
- Making outbound calls to patients to get them transferred to a scheduler or completing a prescreening
- Making outbound calls to providers (physical therapy) to ensure they have what they need for the patient to be serviced at the time of appointment
- Making outbound calls to providers (physical therapy) to follow up after the appointment and get the paperwork to keep the case current.
- 16/hour Or 17 if bilingual
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work in office. Office is off of 40th Street and University.
