The HR Coordinator will be responsible for implementation of critical HR best practices while ensuring collaboration and communication around stated objectives.
Focus on maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Reporting to Restaurant Associates' Business Unit Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, The HR Manager should be a hands-on proactive leader with demonstrated passion, drive & motivation to create value through direct and personal impact on the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized & have excellent verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to handle fast-changing situations. The position also requires strong networking, reasoning, and time-management skills.
A Team player with strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage effectively. As such, the successful candidate must be an excellent strategic leader that can direct and coordinate value added HR programs with the Ability to act as an HR business partner supporting the Business Unit and RA organization's mission, vision and values.
