Accounting Clerk Robert Half Finance is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. This Accounting Clerk will support a large property management business in the Grand Rapids area. Within this dynamic department, you will have the opportunity to advance and grow your career. Primary Responsibilities: Process full-cycle of accounts payable for vendor invoices, reimbursements and check requests. This includes coding, inputting and processing checks for multiple companies. Various accounting tasks for our property management entity including cash reconciliations, check disbursement, recording property management revenue, etc. Run customer credit cards and apply cash receipts. Regular communication with vendors Identify cost savings initiatives. Process employees expense reports for reimbursement/mileage. Maintain historical A/P records both paper and electronic. Back up and assist in a variety of functional areas as needed in Accounting

Requirements

- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills - Spreadsheet and database capabilities - Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds - 2+ years of experience i - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
