Accountant & HR Administrator ~nonprofit D.C. area $80k, plus benefits, flexible work schedule/great work life balance My client is a nonprofit mission-based organization seeking a Accountant & HR Administrator. The Accountant & HR Administrator will report to the CEO and be responsible for all human resources, accounting, and operations for the organization. The Accountant & HR Administrator will all operational accounting using QuickBooks including, AP, AR, and payroll. The Director of Operations will be responsible for the following duties: Responsible for all HR matters, including benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and on-boarding Process accounts payable, receivable, payroll in QuickBooks Perform bank reconciliations, accounting, grants, collections Development and updating of organizations policies and procedures and oversee implementation of policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook Develop, maintain, and prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Perform accurate and timely Bank Reconciliations.
