Robert Half in Burlington is working a global medical device company with local headquarters, seeking a Customer Service Manager to join its team. This role is full-time and will oversee a department around 20 total employees, with 5 direct reports. Relevant management experience of a large team is required, and experience within the medical device field is highly preferred. Our client is looking for someone who can effectively manage to various KPI's and someone who can improve on existing processes. This is a fast-paced environment and this individual will be required to make quick decisions and stay calm under stress. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, not required. For the right experience our client will offer a starting base salary up to $135,000 + 10% bonus. The benefits are highly competitive too.
