A professional services company seeking an Administrative Assistant, Benefits Specialist. The Specialist plays a crucial role in the internal processes of day to day duties in working hand in hand with clients and their benefit plans. This will include working with a variety of vendors to ensure the needs of all clients are being met, and/or managing the enrollment process, ensuring applications and records are complete all while providing the utmost in customer service. You will work with management to strategize and analyze clients plans and deciphering what works best for them, while maintaining and building long term relationships. Some travel to meet with clients and develop these relationships might be required. In addition, this position will run and monitor the performance of such plans to ensure that all events are processed in a timely manner and will work to resolve any data discrepancies.
