Your responsibilities in this role - Other special projects as requested - Draw up cash flow projections, as needed - Keep a check on Accounts Payable - Handle monthly accounting close - Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation - Business license and gross receipts reporting - Organize cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc. - Produce monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents - Lead Accounts Receivable - Group sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments - Record budget transfers - Put subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirements together
