Install Administrator - rj $40,000 My client is located in New Castle, DE and looking to hire an Install Administrator to join their growing company. The HVAC Install Administrator is responsible for the successful daytoday administration of the HVAC installations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installation paperwork Open installations, prepare installation folder and ensure proper paperwork is submitted in accordance with Company procedures. Obtain all required permits and approvals Order equipment as required by Service Manager Responsible for payment verification, financing paperwork and the notification process. Schedule all required inspections Responsible for closing all Installations within 5 working days of the completion of the job. Act as a liaison with the Customer Service and Dispatch departments to ensure consistent flow of information Prepare and submit all sales reports required by management in an accurate and timely manner according to Company policies and procedures. Education and/or Experience Experience operating a personal computer and other office equipment (fax machine, copy machine, etc.); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to type and use word processing software with database and spreadsheet software ability. Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
