Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with our client to staff a Payroll Coordinator to contribute to the production of accurate and timely payroll for employees, communicate effectively, and deliver strong internal customer service while working in a deadline-driven environment. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Seattle, Washington area. Submit an application for this position now! Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Responsibilities: -Accurate and timely processing of the firm's semi-monthly payroll -Compiling all new staff data -Completing and distributing reports as needed by managers and directors -Provide frequent customer service regarding payroll and benefits -Complete payroll and employment verifications -Reconcile monthly bills -Maintain payroll filing -Communicate with office managers and Human Resources team on payroll related issues Qualifications: -Associate's Degree and a minimum of two years payroll related experience -Quick and accurate operation of computer terminals and calculators -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to research and resolve issues -Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and protection of all payroll and employee related data/information -Must adhere to deadlines, along with a passion and respect for accuracy. -Thorough knowledge and understanding of all pertinent company policies and procedures -Excellent customer service skills Contact Information: Ariel Janikowski, 206-749-0960,
