If interested, please email resumes directly to firstname.lastname@example.org Your responsibilities in this role - Process full-cycle payroll for multiple client accounts in several different industries - Ensure reports are distributed as instructed - Collect any payroll related information from employees/accounts - Complete other duties as assigned - Organize data into spreadsheets and the payroll system - Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.
- Excellent data entry skills - Electronic payroll processing experience required - Superior technical skills - Exposure to large payroll processing software - Ability to easily learn new systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities - High attention to detail
