Expanding company in the West Chester, PA area is looking for a multi-tasking Payroll Specialist who can handle a fast-paced environment. This Payroll Specialist will need full cycle payroll experience including 401K, garnishments and payroll taxes. The Payroll Specialist should be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive/confidential information. Primary Duties Perform daily payroll department operations Maintain and document all payroll records Reconcile payroll prior to transmission Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks Work closely with HRIS Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc. Process garnishments and adjustments Handle taxes and payment of employee benefits Prepare payroll reports for upper management Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
