Robert Half is seeking a success-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a cutting edge Company in Marlton, NJ. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the hiring across multiple departments simultaneously so the ability to understand all types of positions is key. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for: - Develop, analyze and drive employment marketing strategy. - Develop relationships with leaders of referral sources including high schools, technical schools, colleges, universities, job training programs, workforce development and other community resources. - Lead recruiting initiatives: including sourcing, screening, pre-placement assessment, interviewing and presenting the most experienced candidates for internal positions - Solicit and pursue referrals from local associations and internal referrals from our employees. - Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
