We're actively recruiting for a full-time Sr. Compensation Analyst opportunity with a highly respected client of ours in the Waltham area. The desired candidate will have at least 2 years of compensation analysis experience, within an organization with at least 5,000 employees. Ideally our client is seeking a candidate with exempt compensation analysis experience, but will consider non-exempt experience too. A Bachelor's degree is required. For the right candidate our client is budgeting a base salary target around $95,000, but flexible up to $110,000 for the right experience.
