There is an opportunity for a full-time Accountant with a terrific company. Robert Half Finance is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a thriving, fast-paced company that recognizes talent and effort. Located in the Seattle, Washington area, this position is a challenging, multi-faceted opportunity to work for a company that recognizes and rewards hard work. Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 Responsibilities: -Manage bookkeeping and financial systems -Record journal entries, accruals, prepaids and complete supporting balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance -Update cash management position and monitor cash needs -Complete all monthly bank reconciliations -Assist Controller with monthly financial close process and presentation -Prepare and analyze various operational reports -Track and record all intercompany transactions and generate invoices as necessary -Monitor Accounts Receivables and deposits -Understand and provide guidance to Accounts Payable personnel Qualifications: -Must have minimum 35 years of experience -Bachelor degree in Business Accounting preferred -Proficient in Microsoft QuickBooks, Word Excel, PowerPoint, Appfolio and/or similar property management system -Excellent people skills -Takes responsibility and ownership for all tasks -Strong communication skills -Good analytical and problemsolving skills Contact Information: Phil Pritchett, 206.749.0960, phil.pritchett@roberthalf.com

- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines - Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills - Spreadsheet and database capabilities - Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities - BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics - Microsoft Excel experience desired - Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills - Detailed and have the ability work independently - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment - Recent and relevant accounting experience - Proficient in ERP systems
