Job Description As one of our consultants, you will work with medical and dental clients in the Chicagoland area. You will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with our clients built on the understanding of their businesses and challenges. Specific duties include: Meeting with clients to discuss their specific business problems and needs. Preparing and reviewing client financial statements. Preparing and reviewing client tax returns, including 1040s, 1120s, 1120Ss and 1065s. Supporting our clients with their management, accounting, tax and payroll questions. Helping with training others on back office systems. Special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree with a CPA or EA designation. Four or more tax seasons preparing taxes for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Two years management experience. Highly computer literate with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn software. Able to work independently, but also be a team member. Must be a problem solver, and must be able to communicate and represent the company to our clients. Liberal Arts background preferred. MST or CFP helpful. Highly proficient with MS Office and QuickBooks will have you hitting the ground running. Experience with Thompson Reuters Software (Ultra Tax, ACS, File Cabinet, Practice) is ideal. Experience with medical and dental practices is a plus. Prior background with 5500s a bonus.
