Robert Half has partnered with a well-known and established property asset management and construction organization in the search of their next Vice President of Construction Finance. The Vice President of Construction Finance is a highly visible leadership role that will sit on the seat of Leadership and Management and autonomously run their Construction Arm in all areas of project, operational and finance management. The Vice President of Construction will report directly to the CFO and the President and be part of driving strategic planning and long range planning of the construction group and the overall enterprise for key decision making. The Vice President of Construction will oversee all construction projects from end to end including scheduling, budgeting, material analysis and cost summaries, specifications, projections and even the bid process. Having 6 direct reports, this Vice President of Construction will lead, develop and grow the construction team.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction finance, accounting or operations; a thorough knowledge and understanding of construction codes, standards, building construction processes and regulations.
