Responsibilities - Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally - Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems

Requirements

- Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems - Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment - Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - Firm grasp of basic networking concepts - Basic Troubleshooting experience desired
