In this position, the Bookkeeper will maintain accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end closing, and accounts receivable. Also, the Bookkeeper will handle coding, light journal entries or general ledger reconciliation and perform data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P. What you get to do every single day - Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments - Accounts Payable - Keep a general ledger - Plan monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents - Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable - Formulate cash flow projections, as needed - Extra unique tasks if required - Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement - Direct monthly accounting close - Help with monthly accounting close - Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation For immediate consideration, please submit your resume to


- Prior accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred - Expertise in QuickBooks - CPA Firm experience - Full charge bookkeeping experience - Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills - Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges - Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - 5+ years of related experience- Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must - Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment - Sound written and verbal communication skills
