Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise in any or several of the following functional areas: Finance, Sales / Purchases, Warehouse Management & Inventory, Service Management, Manufacturing, Operations and jobs Delivery of end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post go-live support & reporting Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables Support the delivery team during design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables Support the delivery team to comprehend business problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written and verbal communication and team participation Involvement in pre-sales activities, delivery of estimation and client presentations Write queries to query a SQL database Other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Education and/or Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting, Information Technology or related field Four plus (4+) years Microsoft Dynamics NAV/2017 experience, preferably in a support role Four plus (4+) years experience with NAV/2017 Finance/AR/AP modules Two plus (2+) years experience with NAV/2017 Manufacturing module preferred Object oriented programming experience strongly preferred Excellent and demonstrated customer service experience Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certification preferred Ability to work in a team environment As this role will also involve interaction with foreign clients a good command of spoken and written English is essential Strong technical writing ability Good financial awareness and business acumen Ability to liaise directly with clients at all levels and provide functional recommendations Experience in the full project life cycle, some project management experience would be considered an asset Self-starter, able to work independently and within a team and willing to take part in product installations Able to collect and analyze client requirements and document functional requirements to pass on to technical people and mentor colleagues into achieving client requirements using the shortest most effective methods Ability to work on multiple tasks effectively Previous experience in providing client training on ERP system Basic understanding of EDI data management and transform support a plus
