Help support field users with a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area and is a short-term temporary opportunity. Requirements

- POS (point of sale) experience desired - Knowledge of hardware & software installation - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Familiarity with basic networking concepts - User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment - Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
