Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Retail field. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization, this could be the Help Desk Analyst job for you. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area and is a long-term temporary opportunity. Requirements

- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Knowledge of hardware & software installation - POS (point of sale) experience desired - Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Understanding of basic networking concepts - IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
